Qi Gong
Like a moving meditation, this ancient Chinese health art promotes the circulation of energy in the body and calms the mind. Qi Gong provides relaxation through slow, relaxed and supple movements. This relaxation is deepened by the breathing which slows down.
Fabia Bourquin proposes Qi Gong practices that emphasise feeling, anchoring to the Earth - opening to Heaven and the link that we embody between the two in our verticality. In a relaxed state, we will listen to what is happening inside the body.
Massages et Services
After fifteen years of practicing Tai Chi, Fabia turned to Qi Gong and trained with the IEQG (European Institute of Qi Gong in Yenne) as well as with Master Ke Wen (Les Temps du Corps in Paris).
A teacher by profession and currently retired, she has been giving Qi Gong classes since 2017 and continues to nourish her practice regularly by attending courses with different masters.
