The basic concept of the hotel is to take a break and find yourself.
Nada Brahma Retreats devotes the first two parts of the month to fasting using the Buchinger method, and then the last two weeks to seminars such as yoga, Qi-Gong, wild herb courses, meditation weeks...

Rooms
The interiors of each room at Nada Brahma Retreats are handcrafted from local woods. The eight double rooms at Nada Brahma Retreats have private Italian-designed glass bathrooms and terraces with breathtaking views of the Bernese Alps.
Spend the night in different themed areas: Elm, Walnut, Oak, Pear, Lembro Pine, Larch or Ash.
