Your advantages as a guest or secondary resident

Your advantages as a guest or secondary resident

Guests and owners of second homes, by paying the tax, can benefit from advantages in order to take advantage of the activities and gastronomic providers.

The tourist tax and the flat-rate tax

The tourist tax is fixed at CHF 2.90 per night per adult. Children aged between 6 and 16 pay half the fee. Children under 6 years of age are exempt from the tax.

The annual fee for secondary residents is calculated on the following basis: 45 nights x CHF 2.90 tourist tax x m2 living area of the property / 25m2

This tax is based on the principle of the payer-beneficiary and must be used to finance the services and infrastructures made available to guests.
