The Nax Region Tourist Office provides free equipment for local society, residents of the Commune and owners of second homes, provided that the request is submitted three weeks before the event. 

To make a request for equipment, it is necessary to fill in the request form below. Please note that the request for equipment does not constitute a reservation. Subject to availability, the Nax Région team will contact you to confirm the reservation or not.

If the equipment cannot be moved by you and must be moved by the public works department, please specify this! This only applies to local companies! Please note that the reservation request must be made at least three weeks before the event. 

When reserving equipment, please bear in mind that it is important that we know the date of collection and return of the equipment and not just the date of the event. 

For reusable tableware, please fill in the following form and forward it to Papival directly.

The following equipment is available 

1 hot dog machine
1 oratory
5 gas cylinders
15 kermesse tables with benches and separate irons
2 raclette ovens
2 thermos kettles with tap
5 electric reels
5 boxes (box under keys to put the money)
4 3x3 tents
The equipment is loaned and must be returned in good condition, otherwise a fee will be charged.
