Team sports
Collective sport in the open air through the village of Mase and its surroundings. Short strides to work on endurance, interspersed with strengthening exercises, using the village's infrastructure; benches, stairs, walls, sidewalks, etc. Full body workout to tone, refine and strengthen muscles using body weight.
For all ages, beginners welcome.

Monday 2:00 - 3:00 Pm and 6:00 -7:00 Pm
Friday 9:00 - 10:00 Am
