To be on top form, making dishes (and in my spare time knitting socks) give me changes and variety that meet my daily needs. While remaining confined to my kitchen, I travel thanks to my dishes and reinvent recipes with my cupboard bottoms and leftover meals.

One of my goals is to share my love of good food.

At 4 years old, I announced to my mom that I wanted to become a waitress. Certainly for the contacts that this profession provides.

 

When I was a teenager, I preferred to bake food than do my homework and learn my lessons! Since my childhood, cooking has been my passion. I even followed a three-day internship in a renowned kitchen in order to make it my job.

Finally, I chose another profession!

As an adult, I bought an extending table to the delight of my family and friends. Cooking remained for me a hobby and an escape to recharge my batteries. At the same time, I take courses in gastronomy, just to renew my basics.

In the prime of life, I opened the "Les Mésanges" table d'hôtes in my holiday apartment located in Vernamiège. During these three years, I noticed that in the kitchen, we gather, we share, we taste, we smell, we watch ... While the guests were savoring my dishes, I took pleasure in cooking in a healthy, simple and tasty.
